Welcome Back! From the last time you heard from me until now, I have been doing some polishing as well as helping out the other departments. It didn't really need its own separate blog so I concluded everything here.
As mentioned, I was helping out the other departments, I was finding animations and sounds for the game. Every sound you can hear in the game was sourced by me and some of the animations were found for the cutscenes and general gameplay.
I was also polishing some of the artwork as well as the map.
I did do something very interesting in fact! I was the voice actor for the main villain, Doctor Petrov! I had to practice on my Russian accent (that is where he is from) and I feel that I portrayed the character very well, I think I showed a lot of emotion through my voice.

But that is the game concluded! My roles were to be a Level Designer and an Artist and I fulfilled my roles to the best of my ability. Alongside this, I also did voice acting, found all the sounds and some animations for the game. I feel that I played my part in this project and it was a great experience to createa a Horror game.
What Have I Taken Away From This Experience?
I have taken away the ability to understand how level design really impacts on how a game feels and what kind of vibe it gives the player. I can now safely say that I can create a Horror level with ease and success. I have also learnt how much voice lines and acting impact the atmosphere of the game. I really look forward to creating any future Horror games and games in general. I want to explore different avenues and genres.
Thank you for staying with me on this journey! I really hope you all will stay tuned for any future projects! Thanks!
